Trainee Property Manager / Inspections Clerk - Worcester - £23,000-£24,000 DOE
My client an independent Estate Agency are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who woudl like to build a career within Lettigns & Property Management, so would happily look at a Trainee.
The Property Manager / Inspections Clerk You will work closely alongside the Lettings Team assisting with the daily management of all the Properties.
The successful Property Manager / Inspections Clerk MUST have strong customer service experience and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the day to day running of a portfolio of properties
* Coordinating maintenance works by liaising between landlords and tenants
* Renewing safety certificate renewals -
* Liaising with utility companies and council
* Booking and completing property visits reporting back to landlords as required
* Arranging tenant check outs and end of tenancy deposit releases/dilapidations
* Dealing with tenant notices and renewal of contracts
Property Manager / Inspection Clerk requirements:
* Excellent customer service experience dealing with a variety of people
* Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
* Team player
* Organised and reliable with a proactive approach
* Ability to use own initiative with good problem solving skills
