The Role

* Obtaining quotes from suppliers and monitoring project budgets
* Ensuring adequate stock levels for upcoming installations
* Coordinating deliveries and liaising with field engineers
* Preparing comprehensive reports for upcoming projects
* Handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
* Maintaining project schedules and ensuring job readiness
* Uploading and managing project documentation on online platforms
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
