We are currently seeking temp to perm  Trainee Production Operatives to join our client dynamic team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in launching their career in the industry.

As a Trainee Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, working closely with experienced colleagues to learn the ins and outs of the production environment.

As Manufacturing Operative you’ll benefit from:

Weekly pay, wage increase after 12 weeks
Working Monday to Thursday- 4 days per week
Overtime enhanced rates Friday & Saturday
Staff canteen and facilities, onsite parking
Rolled up holiday- paid out weekly on top of your wages
Hours : Monday – Thursday 7am -5.15pm

As Manufacturing operative be responsible for:

Heavy lifting and manual handling of products
Working to product specifications such as size weight and quantity
Producing and distributing top quality products
Measuring, weighing and mixing components
Working to daily targets
As Manufacturing operative you’ll have:

A hands-on approach to all tasks you undertake
Flexibility and interest in how things are made
Desire to only produce the best quality products
Knowledge of using hand and power tools
