Job Description:
As a Trainee Production Operative, you will support our production team in various tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Main Duties (but not limited to):
Working as part of a flexible team in a manufacturing environment.
Ensuring the smooth running of the manufacturing process from order through to delivery.
Working in a safety-first manner at all times.
Ensuring the quality of product exceeds customer expectations.
Maintaining high attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
Working to customer delivery deadlines.Requirements:
No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.
Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.Desirable:
Working knowledge of safe systems of work and health & safety legislation.
Previous experience of printing within a manufacturing environment.
Fork lift truck driving licence.
