We're recruiting for a Junior Print Operator to join a market-leading print and graphics business in Irlam. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and receive full training on some of the largest and most advanced print machinery in the UK.

No previous print experience is required - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

The Role

As a Junior Print Operator, you'll become part of a busy production team and receive full training across all aspects of the print process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the operation of large-format print and graphics machinery

Preparing artwork and print files using specialist software

Supporting the production process from start to finish

Loading materials and assisting with print finishing

Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets customer specifications

Learning new machinery, processes and production techniques

What We're Looking For

Computer literate and confident using digital systems

Enjoys hands-on, practical work in a production environment

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Working Hours

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

6:00am - 2:00pm

2:00pm - 10:00pm

Flexibility to work both shifts is essential.
