We are working with a long standing Wealth Management firm based in the Hull area, who are looking for someone to join them as either a Senior Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner. Therefore they are happy to consider people with experience in either / both positions.
Day to Day tasks of a Trainee Paraplanner:
* Servicing ongoing clients
* Preparing new business and manage annual reviews
* Completing company fact finds, fee agreements and client agreement forms
* Issuing letters of authority
* Updating client files using Intelligent Office
* Processing new business
* Preparing new business packs for meetings
* Being the point of contact between client and adviser
* Liaising with providers

Experience required for the Trainee Paraplanner role:
* 3+ years within IFA Admin / Paraplanning
* Intelligent Office
* Microsoft Office
