Trainee Negotiator: Chatham Office and Gravesend office.
Our clients are award winning Estate & Letting Agents in Gravesend and due to the expansion of a highly successful department are looking to add more people to the team of local property experts.
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone considering a career in property. You will be working with a team of highly experienced Property Professionals who will mentor and coach you in your career progression.
You will need to drive and own your own car.
£15,000 -£22,000. (Depending on transferable skills)
OTE £20- £30,000. Depending on the age and any previous experience
Commission on pool base of office income. £7-8,000.
Additionally, extra income can be gained from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, and referral of listings and lettings business.
Ability to earn between £2-6K per annum on these additional opportunities.
Mortgages £35 gift voucher.
Solicitors £40 Gift voucher.
Property referral £100
Hours:
8:30 am-6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
9:00 am-5:00 pm Saturday.
Closed on Sunday.
Working a five-day rota with one day off during the week.
