A fantastic opportunity to become an Estate Agent in Braintree. My client is a successful multi-branch agency with offices in Braintree, Colchester and Chelmsford. They are looking for a Trainee Estate Agent to bring into the business. This role will invole canvassing for new properties and door knocking so will suit someone confident and outgoing.

Responsibilities for this Trainee Estate Agent role will include:

Gain valuable experience in all aspects of residential sales, from conducting property valuations to negotiating offers.
Assist senior staff with property viewings, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for potential buyers.
Generate new leads and business opportunities through effective marketing and communication.
Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers, building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
Contribute to the overall success of the branch by maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks.   Skills & Experience for this Trainee Estate Agent role:

A genuine interest in the property market and a strong understanding of the Braintree area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A confident and professional phone manner.
A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to achieving targets.
Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn.
