Due to the continued success and exponential growth of the business, Morgan Ward NDT Ltd is searching for a Trainee NDT Technician to join its experienced team in Stansted, Essex.
You’ll undertake training in multiple methods within the field of NDT, with a hands-on approach throughout your OJT (on the job training) and active involvement in learning inspection techniques within an MRO environment.
You need to have the following:
* Ideally possess at least one year’s experience of working in a Part 145 organisation, OR
* Possess work experience in an Aerospace or Engineering business, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in NDT
* An analytical and methodical style of thinking, with exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of team
* Full driver’s licence
As well as covering work at the company’s Stansted base, this position also brings exciting opportunities to travel the world, so it’s essential that applicants are willing to work away from home and also work unsociable hours – including nights and weekends – to meet customer needs. Due to EASA requirements, applicants must be age 19 and above to be considered for this position.

The position attracts a basic salary of £24,960, with additional overtime rates on top, overnight rates (where applicable) and a discretionary annual bonus, as well as full investment in continual training and incremental pay increases throughout.
