Position: Second Charge Mortgage Advisor
Type: Permanent Role
Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), shift-based
Location: Horwich, Bolton
Salary: £25,500 + Uncapped bonus

Company Overview:
* The company is seeking individuals who can conduct high-quality outbound sales calls to customers and provide regulated advice.
* The role focuses on delivering appropriate outcomes for customers and achieving sales targets.
* Performance is measured against Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework.
Second Charge Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities:
* Collaborate within cross-functional squads to plan, analyze, test, deploy, and operate custom-facing web products.
* Develop features that can be enabled and disabled as part of an A/B testing strategy.
* Contribute to web development standards and ensure consistent application.
* Maintain high code quality and continuously improve it.
* Monitor the technical operation and security of the web environment and resolve issues proactively.
Second Charge Mortgage Advisor Requirements:
* Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets.
* Current or recent experience in an outbound call environment.
* Quick adaptability to training and industry changes.
* Strong outbound sales skills, objection handling, and deal-closing ability.
* Ability to carry out processes in a compliant manner.
* Demonstrable achievements across a range of competencies.
Work Hours:
* 40 hours per week, with shift-based scheduling.
* Monday: 9am-8pm
* Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9am-5:30pm or 12pm-8pm
* Friday: 9am-5pm
* One Saturday in every 4 weeks: 9:30am – 2:30pm
