Trainee Medical Reviewer

Location: Berkshire (hybrid working model - at least 3 days on site)
Duration: 12 months

About the Role

SRG are working exclusively with a top pharmaceutical company on an excellent role for aspiring Medical Affairs professionals. We are seeking a Trainee Medical Review Advisor to support the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional healthcare materials across a range of therapeutic areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy or medical graduate to develop expertise in medical review, compliance, and healthcare communications, while working closely with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and codes of practice.
Provide scientific and compliance support to brand and cross-functional teams across multiple therapeutic areas.
Contribute to the development and implementation of compliant processes and standards for healthcare communications and activities.
Help deliver practical, compliant solutions that support business objectives, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Review materials accurately and efficiently to meet business timelines and quality standards.
Participate in medical review projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ways of working and best practices.Skills & Experience Required

Pharmacy or Medical degree (essential).
GPhC registration for pharmacists or GMC registration for physicians (essential)
Strong ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate complex scientific, pharmacological, or medical information.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
Experience working within cross-functional teams is desirable.What We're Looking For

Motivation to develop towards Medical Signatory status.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
