Shifts: 2 x 12-hour days, 2 x 12-hour nights, followed by 6 days off (inclusive of holiday allowance)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Maintenance Technician to join our Resident Maintenance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance activities within a busy automated warehouse environment, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with all safety and quality standards.
* Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance activities on automated equipment and systems.
* Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and in accordance with legislation, site risk assessments, and company procedures.
* Work collaboratively as part of the Resident Maintenance Team to achieve operational targets.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Requirements:
* Qualification within Mechanical or Electrical engineering (advantageous but not essential).
* Previous experience within a maintenance or automated warehouse environment (advantageous but not essential).
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Physical Demands & Working Environment
* Working within a busy automated warehouse environment.
* Working at heights of up to 30 metres may be required.
* Ability to work shifts as part of a rotating shift pattern.
