Trainee Maintenance Operative

Description:

Activus Recruitment are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our client's property maintenance team in Oldmeldrum. You will work closely with the current team who will provide training across a variety of maintenance tasks.

Roles/Tasks may include:

* Carrying our minor repairs/maintenance on properties

* Painting/Decorating office areas

* Keep outside/carpark areas clean and tidy

* Grass cutting

* Window washing

* Guttering

* Power Washing

* Any other property maintenance as required

*

* Must be able to work on own intiative

* Drivers licence advantageous

* Some joinery experience is beneficial

Please note this is a physical role and much of the work will be carried out outdoors so you must be physically fit and willing to work in all weathers.
