The Role
As a Trainee Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working with mechanical components such as valves, bearings, cylinders, rollers, hydraulic equipment etc.
Travelling to perform on-site installations or maintenance
Working with a team on machines such as large industrial crushers, compactors, balers, grinders etc.
Performing Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance
About You
The ideal Trainee Maintenance Engineer will have the following:
No formal qualifications required – get trained by the company!
Experience working within maintenance or engineering
A sound understanding of mechanical components
Previous waste experience is beneficial, though not essential
