Day Shift:
* Monday: 07:00 - 17:30
* Tuesday - Thursday: 07:00 - 17:00
Night Shift:
* Monday - Wednesday: 18:30 - 06:30
* Thursday: 18:30 - 22:30
As a Trainee Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
* Operate machinery in line with training and safety procedures
* Monitor production quality and report any faults promptly
* Follow standard operating procedures accurately and consistently
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
* Work effectively as part of a shift team to meet production targets
As a Trainee Machine Operator, your experience will include:
* A reliable and punctual approach to work
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
* Your own transport, or live within walking distance of the Blandford industrial estate
* A good level of physical fitness for a hands-on role
