Trainee French Speaking Credit Controller
Role Title - Credit Controller
Hours - 9am to 5:30pm
Contract Type - Permanent
We are currently seeking to train a French speaker in all aspects of Credit Controller.
We are a friendly finance team of 10, within an office-based company in South East Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for chasing Euro and UK debts, accurate and timely maintenance of the AR Ledgers and managing account enquiries.
Responsibilities of the role
· Proactively maintain customer ledger following credit control procedures
· Posting and allocating customer payments and following up on miscellaneous differences
· Identifying uncollectible debts and arranging legal collection
· Regular credit control reporting to senior management
· Dealing with credit control calls and correspondence
· Provide cover for other members of the AR team when required
· Carry out duties directed by the management team as and when required
Requirements for the role
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
Someone with some knowledge of accounts or strong customer services background
