An established yet fast-growing consultancy, based in Birmingham is currently seeking a Trainee Fire Risk Assessor to join its dedicated team covering the Midlands. This is a great opportunity for a trainee looking to work closely alongside professionals who have been in the industry for many years.
The Trainee Fire Risk Assessor's Role
The Trainee Fire Risk Assessor will be joining a company that is one of the fastest growing consultancies in the Midlands, with world class training opportunities. The company employ a number of highly skilled and experienced Senior Fire Risk Assessors who work alongside Trainee Fire Risk Assessors to provide them with a comprehensive overview of the Risk Assessors role showcase the clear path to progression available within the business.
The company operates across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Education, however, currently have a focus on several large Healthcare and Education projects within the area giving the Trainee Fire Risk Assessor a chance to make a real difference in the community right off the bat.
The Trainee Fire Risk Assessor and mentor will be responsible for carrying out detailed Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments. This position is about more than just risk assessment; it's about upholding the highest safety and compliance standards across numerous projects, making a real difference in the communities we support.
The Trainee Fire Risk Assessor
Degree or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
