Alecto Recruitment are recruiting for a Fire and Security company, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of Fire and Security systems for commercial and residential buildings. We are currently seeking a Trainee Fire and Security Engineer to join our team in Cornwall.
As a Trainee Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of Fire and Security systems. You will work alongside experienced engineers, learning the necessary skills and gaining hands-on experience in the Fire and Security Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of Fire and Security systems, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire alarms.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of Fire and Security systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in Fire and Security systems.
Assist with the testing and commissioning of Fire and Security systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out.Transferrable skills

Confident with hand tools
