Trainee Field Technician – Water Industry

Looking for a new career where you can work outdoors and receive full training?
We are recruiting Trainee Field Technicians across the Bristol area to support leak detection work within the water industry.
No previous water industry experience is required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for a new career.
What you'll be doing:
* Carrying out field-based leak detection activities
* Using digital equipment to record information across the water network
* Travelling to different locations across the Bristol area
* Working independently outdoors
* Liaising with supervisors and working towards daily targets
* Completing manual tasks involving lifting, bending and stretching
What we're looking for:
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Comfortable with driving and working outdoors
* Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable in a practical, hands-on role
Experience as a Van Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Meter Reader, Labourer, Warehouse Operative, Field Technician or Utilities Operative would be beneficial, but full training is provided.
