Salary, Commission and Earning Potential

£30,000 starting base salary

Uncapped commission from day one

Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£40,000

Year 2 OTE: £40,000+

Top performers can earn significantly more

What Will You Do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

You'll learn to manage your own recruitment desk within the education sector, connecting schools with talented teachers and education professionals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with schools and education professionals

Sourcing, interviewing and registering suitable candidates

Developing new business and identifying opportunities with schools

Managing candidate and client relationships

Matching teachers and education support staff to vacancies

Negotiating placements and generating revenue

Working towards individual and team performance targets

Developing specialist knowledge of your recruitment market

You'll gain experience across sales, negotiation, business development, account management and the complete recruitment process.
