£30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£40,000

What does the job actually involve?

You'll be:

Building relationships with teachers and education professionals

Developing relationships with schools

Making calls and generating new opportunities

Growing and managing your own recruitment desk

Matching educators with schools

Negotiating placements

Developing new business

Managing your pipeline

Working towards individual and team targets

Becoming a specialist in your education market

Some days will be challenging.

You'll hear "no".

You'll have deals fall through.
