London Head Office | Start Date: ASAP
£32,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£40,000
Year 2 OTE: £40,000+

What you'll be doing
Building relationships with teachers and education professionals
Developing relationships with schools and education settings
Making high-volume outbound calls and developing new business
Managing and growing your own recruitment desk
Matching talented educators with the right schools
Negotiating placements and generating revenue
Becoming an expert within your education sector
Building a network of candidates and clients
Working towards ambitious individual and team targets
What you'll get
£32,000 starting salary + uncapped commission from day one
Year 1 OTE of £35,000-£40,000
Year 2 OTE of £40,000+
