Job Title: Trainee Assessor - Performing Manufacturing Operations (PMO)
Location: South Wales – Centre Based
Salary: £25,000 + benefits package
Type: Permanent
Essential Criteria:
Hold solid, occupational competency within Manufacturing.
Must have experience of delivering training to colleagues within a manufacturing environment, or experience of supporting an apprentice with their Apprenticeship/NVQ work internally.
Willing to work towards the Assessor award (fully funded / training provided)Duties include:
Assess and support learners working towards PMO NVQ to Level 2, 1-1 and small group setting.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular learner assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
