Description:
A fantastic opportunity to work in Estate Agency - Sales & Letting and learn all aspects and grow with the company. This is an entry level role and training will be provided.
Our client is seeking a motivated, organised and personable individual who has an eye for detail and is confident with written and verbal communication and has an exceptional telephone manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Must be a car driver, as there will be the need to travel to local properties for viewings or appointments.
Duties are varied and include:
* Sales & lettings administration
* Diary management
* Applicant & client communications
* Property marketing
* Maintaining CRM system
* Providing first class customer service including property viewings and offer progression
* Acting as first point of contact - face-to-face and over the phone
Salary is dependant on level of experience - £26,500 = no administration experience, rising to £28,000 for office experience and skills already gained within a similar environment
