Our client is highly regarded for its exceptional internal training program, offering a diverse range of experiences within a general practice capacity across accounts, audit, and taxation departments. With a focus on nurturing talent and promoting from within, our client provides an outstanding opportunity for graduates to kick-start their career in practice and work towards their ACA or ACCA qualification.
Responsibilities:
Participate in a comprehensive training program encompassing accounts, audit, and taxation, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and tax computations for a variety of clients.
Contribute to audit assignments, gaining exposure to different industries and business operations.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service to clients, adhering to professional standards and regulations.
Undertake additional tasks and projects as required to support the smooth functioning of the practice.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline such as Economics, Accounting and Finance, or Mathematics.
Minimum of a 2:1 degree classification, with preference given to candidates achieving a First-Class degree.
Strong A-level grades, ideally in financial subjects such as Maths, Economics, or Business.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.
Hard-working, motivated, and committed to success within a practice environment.
