Neville Hill Depot, Leeds (LS9)

Initial 6-month contract (Temp to Perm)

£12.73p/h

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading train operators in the North with a strong track record of investing in their staff. This is an initial 6-month contract with a great opportunity to be taken on permanently as the organisation continues to expand their workforce.

The role:

We are currently looking for an individual to join the day shift cleaning team as a team leader based at the Neville Hill Depot. The day shift team play an essential role in ensuring a high level of service is met and as a Team Leader you will be supervising and guiding the team to achieve their set standards on whilst on shift. This role has an existing 2 week rolling rota therefore full flexibility is required.

Week 1 – 4 on 3 off

Week 2 – 3 on 4 off

The shift hours are (Apply online only) on a seven-day roster pattern.

Pay Rate & Benefits:

The pay rate for the team leader position will be at £12.73 per hour on an initial 6-month basis.

About You:

If this is a role which has caught your interest, here is what you need to be considered for the Team Leader position at Neville Hill.

Ideally, you will be experienced within a vehicle/industrial or house cleaning environment. Having been in a similar team leader role in a previous job will also be welcomed. Strong leadership and good communication are vital is this role as you will be overseeing a variety of individuals to achieve set targets.

You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering a clean and safe environment clean for customers.

The day shift is on rotating 2-week roster plan covering the times of (Apply online only) so you must be full flexible to cover working on weekends, overtime is often available at managements discretion.

Training is provided covering depot protection, site safety and cleaning solutions. Work is undertaken in a safety critical environment so you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
