Experienced Traffic Marshall
Location: Houghton Regis (LU5)
Start Date: Monday 9th November
Rate: £17.00 / hr (CIS)
Duration: 1 Year (consistent, long-term site run)
Hours: Monday to Friday , 9hours paid a day
Role & Responsibilities:
Managing site access, gating, and coordinating delivery schedules safely.
Banking wagons, concrete trucks, and site plant in and out of the public highway.
Operating the wheel wash station / jet wash facility to ensure zero mud transfer onto local roads.
Maintaining site log books and ensuring all visiting drivers adhere to site speed limits and health & safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements:
Valid CSCS card & Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman ticket.
Minimum 1-2 years' proven experience on busy commercial or residential groundworks/build sites.
Hands-on attitude and willingness to run the wheel wash throughout winter/wet conditions.
Full 5-point PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves).
Checkable site references.
