Traffic Marshal – Construction Site | Canterbury
Location: Canterbury, Kent
Position: Traffic Marshal
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: Dependent on experience
Skilled Careers are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Canterbury.
Duties:
Directing and controlling site traffic
Banking vehicles safely on and off site
Assisting with deliveries and vehicle movements
Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles are kept safely separated
Maintaining a safe and organised site entrance
Communicating with site management and delivery drivers
Carrying out general site duties when required
Requirements:
Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
Previous experience working on a construction site
Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
Full PPE – hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots
Good communication skills
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work well as part of a team
