Traffic Marshal

Location – Poole

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a long-term construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable work on a large-scale infrastructure development with consistent hours and long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely manage vehicle movements on and around site.
Control access for deliveries and site traffic.
Coordinate HGV movements using radio communication.
Ensure all site traffic follows safe access procedures.
Work closely with the site management team to maintain efficient traffic flow.
Follow all health and safety requirements and site procedures.
Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card.
Traffic Marshal qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction or infrastructure projects.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong understanding of site safety and traffic management.
