CPCS / NPORS Traffic Marshall – High Wycombe

Location: High Wycombe
Start Date: 02/06/2026
Rate: £17.00 per hour (UTR)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Duration: Long-term opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in High Wycombe. This is a long-term position offering consistent work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing site traffic and vehicle movements safely

* Directing deliveries and plant vehicles on site

* Ensuring compliance with site health and safety procedures

* Maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation

* Communicating effectively with site personnel and drivers

Requirements:

* Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall qualification

* Valid Safety Critical Medical certificate

* Previous experience working on construction sites

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

* Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude
