Description:

Trade Supervisor/Site Supervisor required to work with Glasgow based housing association on domestic property kitchen & bathroom upgrade programme contract.

My client requires an experienced and professional site supervisor/ trade supervisor to oversee upto 15 trades staff with their kitchen & bathroom refurbishment project.

Work will be in the Toryglen area on a large kitchen & Bathroom contract. They will be required to oversee the strip out kitchens & bathrooms and refit/installation of newbathrooms. Must have a UK driving license as a company van will be provided.

I back ground in a domestic maintenance trade is ideal, as you must be experienced in dealing with trades staff and issues that can arrise on refurbishment projects.

The job:

Start date: ASAP

Pay: £19 - £20 per hour

Location: Toryglen, Glasgow

Hours: 40 hours 8 hours per day

Duration: 6 months work (Could potientally go temp to perm)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in a trade supervisor or site supoervisor role
UK Driving licence
Site Supervisor/Trade Supervisor Qualifications
Full PPE
