Trade Sales Manager
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

We are recruiting for an experienced Trade Sales Manager to lead a busy B2B sales team within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, manage team performance and develop long-term relationships with trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage the trade sales team, monitoring KPIs and performance.
Drive daily sales activity to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop existing accounts and secure new B2B customers.
Oversee outbound sales, quotations, account management and pricing.
Maintain strong profit margins and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Work closely with senior management to implement sales strategies.Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, trade sales or B2B account management.
A strong background in the automotive aftermarket or car parts industry is essential.
Previous experience managing and developing a sales team.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, margins and account management.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with high levels of daily activity.Occasional weekend attendance at automotive events or car shows may be required.
