As a Trade Counter Sales Advisor based at Bassetts in Clady, Northern Ireland, you’ll be joining a team of 9 and be responsible for:

Providing excellent customer service on the trade counter
*
Following up on all quotations and maximising sales opportunities
*
Maintaining stock to high standards and adhering to order procedures
*
Responding to customer enquiries in person, via email, and over the phone with a positive and proactive approach.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
*
Sales, customer service or warehouse experience
*
Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers
*
Forklift licence would be ideal, however if not training can be provided
