Basic salary £32,000 negotiable 
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Job Role:

As the Trade Counter Assistant you will be scheduling engineers diaries, as well as providing any administrative support.
You will be dealing with customer enquiries either through the phone or by email.
Promoting and upselling of products/parts to customers.
Assisting with stock movement (can involve heavy lifting)
Providing excellent customer service for all customers 
Previous Experience:

You will have previous experience as a Trade Counter Assistant, service coordinator, service controller, service planner, or service administrator, workshop controller, or workshop scheduler. It would be ideal if you held a Full UK driving license. You will have previously worked within a busy, fast paced environment. It would be ideal if you had previous experience managing a team of engineers workloads, providing technical support to customers.
