Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced Fenestration Trade Business Development Manager.
Our client is a leading upvc and aluminium manufacturer and supplier of windows, doors and double glazing. They are a successful business who have dedicated customers enabling their long stance within the industry. They are also known for their state of the art machinery and good working culture.
The right candidate will have current/previous experience within a fenestration business development role selling products into the trade, with good route to market experience.
The role responsibilities:
* This role has an excellent base salary with a generous commission structure! Includes a Hybrid car to help with tax purposes.
* Research and identify current opportunity areas considering service, geography, value and competition.
* Devise strategic sales plan to capitalise on opportunities, address weaknesses and deliver growth in accordance with the long-range business plan.
* Work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, ensuring maximum value is being extracted from annual marketing spend.
* Where there are new products being released, these are to be introduced to existing Customers and used to introduce new Customers to the Business.
* Hit and exceed KPI targets
* Take an active role in making business improvements
* This company will also provide you with ongoing training
The candidates skills & experience
* Must have a background within the Fenestration/window and door trade sector within the UK
* Have experience and understanding of glazing system technical features and UK Trade market
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Sales and target driven
* Good attention to detail and negotiation skills
* High level of computer skills
* Must currently reside in the UK
* Have a UK driving license
