Responsibilities:
Create precise and secure SSOW plans ensuring all necessary activities on site are accommodated and compliant with standard guidelines and procedures.
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to accurately gather and request SSOW plan requirements.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety protocols and procedural requirements inherent to the role of SSOW planner.
Maintain meticulous records of requirements and manage changes diligently in coordination with local delivery teams.
Contribute to the establishment of effective controls and audit regimes to ensure compliance with safety and checking procedures.
Develop a thorough understanding of the geographic railway infrastructure within the project/work area.
Maintain a meticulous possession schedule and work closely with the P6 planner to ensure precise program upkeep.
Review weekly operating notices and isolation plans to verify compliance with works requirements, promptly addressing any identified errors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an SSOW Planner role.
Familiarity with Rules and Regulations, HASAW, and other relevant regulations.
Knowledge of planning applications including PPS and NESA.
Ability to work with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate plan production.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
