The Role – Reception SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Reception SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, you will be working predominantly classroom based and will carry out daily interventions in the afternoon with small groups of students with ASD to support and promote positive behaviour in the classroom. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need to be charismatic, enthusiastic, and experienced in using strategies to support students with ASD. The role of the Reception TA is a long-term, full-time position and the selected candidate will start the role from September 2024.
