Job Description:
As a Town Planning Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning team. Your contributions will help ensure the successful delivery of a range of urban development projects. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
Conducting research and analysis on planning policies, regulations, and guidelines.
Preparing technical drawings, plans, and supporting documents.
Liaising with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
Attending site visits and contributing to project meetings.
Maintaining and updating project records and databases.
Key Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant planning tools.
