Penguin Recruitment is please do be supporting a close-knit family-run Consultancy based in Preston in their hire of a Town Planner to their dynamic team!
My client is a chartered surveyors, planning consultants, and land agency offering services to a loyal client-base across the Northwest of England. The team specialise in rural planning and offer a wide range of services to clients advising on a range of planning matters across agricultural, commercial, and residential Planning.
The ideal candidate for this position will ideally be MRTPI Chartered or working toward chartership, with demonstratable experience in Planning across either the public or private sector, ideally with hands on experience with Planning Applications.
