Exeter

Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Our client, a respected planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint a Town Planner to work out of their Exeter office. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential, rural and agricultural projects.

Experience:

Ideally candidates will have experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers. Applicants will ideally have consultancy or housebuilder experience however local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
