Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with an independent Planning and Development Consultancy in Cardiff on the hire of a Town Planner. This is a permanent position.
In this role, you will work on a range of interesting projects that vary from small scale to large complex schemes and provide tactically astute and commercially aware town planning and development advice and services.
Join a medium sized, respected planning team in South Wales and help provide the following services to your clientbase;
-Site search and appraisals
-Planning applications and appeals
-EIA's
-S106 Negotiation
-Development plan monitoring and representations
-Urban regeneration
-Enforcement
-Community Engagement
-Heritage & conservation
My client is looking for enthusiastic and committed people who value attention to detail, strive for perfection, and are responsive to the client's needs. You should be chartered with the RTPI and hold suitable post qualification experience. Suitable candidates will be strong communicators, team players and hold a full UK driving licence.
