Town Centre Communications & Information Officer Location: North West of London Contract duration: 6 months Panoramic Associates is supporting a Local Authority based in the North West of London with the recruitment of a Town Centre Communications & Information Officer to work with businesses, the marketplace and the high-street to assist with the revitalisation and safe reopening of the town centre. You will engage and work with SME's, local businesses, and the public to market, promote and encourage 'shopping local' to keep the town centre active and a successful hub in the area. This position is a flexible mix of home working, office-based work, and town visits. Key responsibilities: Work with the Head of Strategy and Communications to develop informative and engaging campaigns regarding current Covid-19 regulations and guidance to keep visitors to the town safe Monitor and track all campaign data, analysing the information to create new actions for businesses in the town Work with business partners to ensure consistency in the promoted messaging across the market and high street To be considered for the position, you will be commercially minded with a 'can do' attitude and hands-on approach to working. You will have a good understanding of the relationship's businesses have with their customers, and the social requirements surrounding this, as well as an understanding of town centre markets. You will be an excellent communicator with sound consultation and client/ customer skills.
