Tour Coordinator
This successful and rapidly growing educational travel industry leader is looking for a Tour Coordinator to join their busy team. Organising educational and tours they are known for delivering excellent customer service and delivering a quality service.
Tour Coordinator Supervisor Role and Responsibilities
Organisation of each tour from confirmation to post tour feedback.
Communicating with internal and external suppliers by email and phone.
Producing all relevant paperwork for the tours including itineraries, invoices and travel packs.
Manage communication between Tour Coordinators and other departments.
Tour Coordinator Supervisor Skills and Experience Required
Experience in a similar role within educational travel desirable but not essential.
Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage and prioritise workload.
Proficient in using Microsoft packages.
Excellent communication skills.
