Job Summary:
We are searching for a Topographical Surveyor to pioneer cutting-edge surveying techniques with a industry leading surveying firm. Lead laser scanning surveys, integrate data into BIM workflows, and deliver precise 3D models. Collaborate with industry experts and drive innovation in spatial data analysis.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct precise laser scanning surveys.
* Integrate data into BIM workflows.
* Generate 3D models and CAD drawings.
* Manage client expectations.
* Maintain laser scanning equipment.
Requirements:
* Hold a CSCS card.
* Possess experience with UAV/drone operations. (Desirable)
* Proficiency in N4CE software or similar.
* Demonstrated experience in monitoring.
* Prior experience with laser scanning and proficiency in BIM workflows.
* Proficiency in BIM/GIS software such as Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Revit, etc
