Description:

We are currently working with a Packaging Manufacturer in St Helens who are looking to add a Skilled Plastics Toolmaker to their team of 4 other Toolmaker's onsite manufacturing new, and repairing existing aluminium based tools.

You'll be responsible for the following:

* Manufacture, modify and maintain plastic tools and moulds.

* Operate CNC/NC milling and conventional toolroom machinery.

* Diagnose and resolve tooling and process issues.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Support Production and Engineering with tooling problems.

* Carry out preventative maintenance and tooling improvements.

* Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives

Flexible working hours are ran through the toolroom from 5am-7pm Mon-Fri, 40 hours working per week + Weekend overtime if wanted.
