The Job You’ll Do;

* Support Operational performance meetings as required.

* Implementation of robust countermeasures to customer and operational concerns.

* Carry out productivity analysis to improve products and processes.

* Active involvement in the introduction of new products and manufacturing facilities.

* Regular participation in improvement activities, on existing facilities and equipment.

* Design, Manufacture and commission facility and fixture improvements.

About You;

* Experience working within fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing.

* Educated to a minimum of HNC level or equivalent.

* The capacity to work under own initiative with minimal supervision.

* A detailed knowledge of machining processes associated tooling in an automated environment.

* Proven experience in creating and modifying NC programmes using G & N Coding.

* Knowledge of planning, lead-times and costs to determine effects of changes to products and processes.

* Ability to organise personnel, products and processes to effective changes introduction.

* Fully versed and experienced in the safe working practices required in a production/automated environment
