Location – Ashford, Kent
Salary – £12-£13 per hour depending on experience

Permanent role, full-time hours 40 per week

Our client, a leading plastic injection moulding company based out of Ashford is looking for a Tool Hanger to join their team. They will consider those who have extensive experience as well as those who are looking for their second job in this industry.
Hours:
A Monday-Friday rotating shift pattern of 6am-2.30pm and 2pm-10.30pm
As the Tool Hanger, you will:
* Aid in the changing of tools and setting
* Be responsible for working in a safe and tidy fashion, adhering to H&S regulations set out by the company
* Be working within a team, and responsible for completing tasks and orders within key deadline limits
* Aid in the repair and upkeep of tools and equipment
* Adhere to company standards and final product expectations
Skills and Experience:
* Must have previous working experience in injection moulding and its machines
* Experience in tool changes and trials is essential for this role
* Able to work to tight tolerances and deadlines
* Be proactive with a can-do attitude for problem-solving
* Good handling for tool setting/working
* Must be able to follow safety practices within the workplace
* Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings for tools
