Timesheet Administrator (Hybrid)

Glasgow City Centre
£23,100

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join Search as a Timesheet Administrator for our payroll team. The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of £23,100. This opportunity will also offer hybrid flexibility once trained. This opportunity will be Temporary to start with, then leading into a permanent contract.

On a typical day you will manually process payroll for Search employees/contractors. The position is predominantly working with large volumes of employee time sheets, manually processing payroll and assisting the payroll team with administrative tasks where necessary.

37.5 hours per week over Monday - Friday. You will work Monday and Tuesday 8am-6pm and then the remainder of the hours will be made up Wednesday - Friday.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Managing and manually processing various client payrolls to agreed deadlines
Supporting the payroll team with administrative duties where necessary
Manually process payroll adjustments
Issue p45s/p60s to past employees
Process a high volume of timesheets into the systemThe Ideal candidate will have:

Excellent IT skills/ computer literate
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Be self motivated
Have strong attention to detailYou must be experienced with processing large volumes data to apply for this role. This position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, who works well under pressure and is keen to progress within a successful organisation.
