As a TiG Welder, your responsibilities will include:

*

Fabrication and welding various Aerospace & Defence components from Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium.

*

Fillet and butt welds in thicknesses and combinations between 0.5mm to 3mm (occasionally thicker).

*

Manual torch brazing of aluminium and stainless steel.

*

Working to tight tolerances and deadlines.

*

Welding to Aircraft standards and specifications.

*

Maintaining a clean and organised work area as required.

*

Following all health and safety guidelines.

About You – Requirements

*

Proven experience in TiG welding. Aerospace or defence sectors experience will be preferred.

*

Ability to read engineering drawings.

*

Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.

*

Keen eye for detail.

*

Legally authorised to work in the UK.
