Location: Worcestershire
Salary: £14.34–£18.50 per hour DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:45–17:00, Friday 07:45–13:00
We are recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder (141) to join an established engineering manufacturer.
You will be responsible for TIG welding aluminium fabrications from 1.5mm to 30mm, working to high-quality and safety-critical standards.
Key Responsibilities
* TIG (141) welding aluminium fabrications
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Setting up and operating TIG welding equipment
* Visual inspection of welds
* Working to production targets and deadlines
* Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Requirements
* Proven experience in TIG welding aluminium
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Experience working to certified or regulated standards
* Strong attention to detail and fine tolerances
* ISO 9606 welding qualification/coding desirable
* Defence, Aerospace, Motorsport, Automotive or Rail experience desirable
